1.	Acceptance. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2.	The Service. The Service is provided by David Willis t/a A Digital Life. It is currently in testing, and features may change or be withdrawn.
3.	Your account. You must be authorised to use the Google account you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4.	Acceptable use. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.
5.	Google data. Your use of Google data is also subject to Google's terms. You can revoke access at any time.
6.	No warranty. The Service is provided "as is". Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7.	Liability. Subject to clause 6, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8.	Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
9.	Governing law. The law of England and Wales applies, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
